Beth Elliott has dedicated her career to building meaningful musical experiences for young people and strengthening communities through the arts. As Conservatory Director of Kadima Conservatory of Music, she has helped shape generations of musicians through her leadership, teaching, and commitment to excellence in music education.

A violist and founding member of the award-winning Kadima String Quartet, Beth has performed throughout Southern California and has been featured in recordings, films, and educational programs. Her work has earned support from organizations including the Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs, the Los Angeles County Arts Commission, the California Arts Council, Pasadena Playhouse, and the Music Man Foundation.

A longtime member of the Los Angeles Jewish Symphony, Beth is especially passionate about the power of music to connect people across generations. Her work with older adults and individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease has been recognized by the Los Angeles Times for its innovative use of music as a tool for engagement and connection.

For more than three decades, Beth has inspired students to develop not only as musicians, but also as thoughtful, compassionate members of their communities.
